Duties
- Lead and motivate the nightclub team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high standards of service and safety
- Oversee nightly operations, including entry management, bar and lounge activities, and event coordination
- Ensure compliance with all licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and venue policies
- Manage guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally to foster a positive atmosphere
- Coordinate with security personnel to maintain a secure environment for staff and guests
- Monitor revenue streams, control costs, and optimize operational efficiency during each shift
- Organize promotional events and special themed nights to attract new patrons and retain loyal guests
Requirements
- Proven management experience within hospitality or nightlife environments, with strong leadership skills
- Deep understanding of guest services principles and the ability to create memorable experiences
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff, guests, vendors, and security teams
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and decisively in a lively setting
- Knowledge of licensing regulations, health & safety standards, and alcohol service laws
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by nightclub operations

Pay: £12.71 per hour
