We are currently seeking experienced Commercial Plumbers and Plumbing Installation Teams to join our growing workforce on a number of prestigious commercial development projects across Nottinghamshire
This is an excellent opportunity to work on high level projects for respected clients, delivering quality plumbing installations to the highest industry standards.
The Role
Successful candidates will be responsible for carrying out all aspects of commercial plumbing installations, including:
- Installation of commercial hot and cold water services
- Above-ground drainage systems
- Plant room pipework
- First and second fix plumbing installations
- Copper, stainless steel, carbon steel and plastic pipework systems
- Working to programme deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality standards
- Interpreting and working accurately from drawings, plans and specifications
- Coordinating effectively with site management and other trades
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for skilled and motivated individuals or established plumbing teams who can demonstrate:
- Extensive experience in commercial plumbing installations
- Ability to confidently read and work from technical drawings and plans
- Excellent knowledge of commercial building services systems
- High standards of workmanship and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and use initiative when required
- Strong problem-solving skills on site
- Reliable, professional and safety-conscious approach to work
- Relevant industry qualifications and CSCS/JIB cards (preferred)
