Due to expansion in our business we are seeking a motivated and experienced HGV Class 2 Multi Drop Driver to join our dynamic logistics team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for safely operating a Class 2 Heavy Goods Vehicle (HGV) to deliver goods across Northern Ireland efficiently and reliably. Your energetic approach will ensure timely deliveries while maintaining high standards of safety, customer service, and professionalism. Duties
- Safely operate a Class 2 HGV vehicle for multiple daily deliveries across designated routes
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with regulations
- Load and unload goods, ensuring items are secured properly for transit
- Deliver products directly to customer sites, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and excellent customer service
- Follow all traffic laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies during every shift
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation, including manifests, delivery notes, and handling of cash.
Requirements
- Valid Category C (Class 2) driving license with a clean driving record
- Proven experience as a commercial delivery driver, preferably with multi-drop routes
- Up to date driver CPC
- Strong understanding of road safety regulations and best practices in commercial driving
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight delivery schedules
- Physical ability to load, unload, and handle goods efficiently
- Good communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members
