We’re looking for a Warehouse Section Leader to join our night shift operation in Faversham and play a key role in leading warehouse colleagues within a busy, fast-moving distribution environment.
Supporting the M&S supply chain, you’ll help drive operational performance, maintain high safety standards, and create a positive team culture where colleagues can perform at their best.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys coaching teams, improving performance, and working within a fast-paced logistics operation.
- £35,685 per year
- Plus £4,500 night shift premium
- 38 hours per week
- Any 4 days from 7
- Shift times between 18:00–04:00 and 20:00–06:00

As a Warehouse Section Leader, you’ll support the day-to-day running of your operational area while leading and developing warehouse colleagues on shift.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and motivating warehouse teams to achieve operational targets
- Delivering clear communication and regular performance feedback
- Supporting a safe and compliant working environment
- Monitoring operational KPIs and driving performance improvements
- Coaching and developing colleagues through training and support
- Supporting inductions and ongoing colleague development
- Managing colleague attendance processes including Return to Work meetings
- Identifying and resolving operational issues quickly and effectively
- Creating a positive team culture where colleagues feel supported and heard
We’re looking for a motivated leader with experience working within a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment.
You’ll ideally have:
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience within warehousing or logistics
- Good understanding of warehouse operations and performance targets
- Strong communication and people management skills
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Experience supporting health & safety standards within an operational environment
- Confidence coaching and developing colleagues
Experience using warehouse management systems would be advantageous.
