Job Summary
PAM Wellness is a division of PAM Group – an occupational health and wellbeing provider. This exciting new role will support the neurodiversity and disability support division as we seek to deliver new services to employees. Supported by the Director or Psychology, you will be working with a multi-disciplinary team to enable delivery of our services which include workplace needs assessments, cognitive diagnostic assessments, ergonomic assessments, assistive technology supply and training, coaching and disability awareness training.
PAM Wellness currently delivers a range of services and assessments to both the private and public sector and consumers. Those assessments include supporting employee’s/clients with disability (neurodiversity) in the workplace and independent students and individuals.

About You:
Chartered Occupational or Educational Psychologist or Is a qualified specialist teacher holding an approved qualification and a current Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLD) Assessment Practising Certificate.
Registered with the BPS and HCPC
Knowledge of a range of Pan Disability/Specific Learning Difficulties/Neurodiverse conditions including Dyslexia, Autism, ADHD, Dyscalculia, DCD/Dyspraxia
Experience of delivering diagnostic assessments for dyslexia, DCD and Dyscalculia in adults.
Experience of working with/screening for ADHD and ASD in adults
Knowledge of and experience of using appropriate test for assessing and diagnosing neurodiversity.
Familiarity with and understanding of SASC guidance.
Knowledge of working with clients in an education and or workplace setting.
Experience of delivering awareness training for neurodiversity
BPS certificates in Ability (Level A) and Personality (Level B) testing or equivalent.
Awareness of current research and practice in the field of neurodiversity
Understanding of conducting workplace needs assessments for neurodiverse employees
Strong communication skills and ability to adapt style of communication
Understand how to tailor your approach to meet individual neurodivergent employee needs
Report writing skills and ability to justify advice and recommendations
IT skills
DBS check required for working with vulnerable adults and young people.
