We’re looking for an experienced Area Cleaning Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial cleaning contracts across Hampshire and the surrounding area. This isn’t a typical 9–5 role. We don’t expect you to sit in an office watching the clock we expect you to look after your customers, support your teams and ensure our standards remain exceptional. That is any time we are on site and expect you to work your own schedule
What you’ll be doing
- Managing a portfolio of commercial cleaning contracts.
- Supporting, motivating and developing your cleaning teams.
- Carrying out quality audits and site inspections.
- Building strong relationships with customers.
- Recruiting and training new team members.
- Managing staff rotas, absence and holiday cover.
- Solving problems before they become complaints.
- Ensuring sites remain compliant with health and safety requirements.
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience managing multiple cleaning contracts.
- Excellent people and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise.
- Someone who takes ownership and enjoys solving problems.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
