We’re looking for a Front of House Supervisor to join our growing pub with rooms in the heart of the Cotswolds as we continue to develop and elevate our offering. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing business as we move in to the Autumn and towards the busy Christmas season.

The Role
The successful candidate will play a key role in the daily running of the property, supporting service standards, supervising shifts and staff, and helping create a welcoming experience for both customers and overnight guests.

Key Responsibilities
· Supervising staff and day-to-day operations across the bar, restaurant, and guest accommodation services
· Leading shifts and supporting the wider team during busy service periods
· Delivering excellent customer service and guest experiences
· Leading opening and closing procedures
· Supporting staff training and maintaining high service standards
· Helping ensure cleanliness, organisation, and compliance throughout the property
· Responding to emails, managing reservations and additional administrative tasks as required
· Assisting management with general operational duties as required
About You
· At least 1 year of hospitality supervisory experience
· A proactive and motivated approach to work
· Strong communication and organisational skills
· A positive, hands-on attitude and willingness to support across different areas of the business
· Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
· Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends and for split shifts
· A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
