We’re working with a highly regarded accountancy practice in Leatherhead that is looking to strengthen its tax team due to continued growth.
This is a particularly good opportunity if you want to broaden your tax experience. Although the position offers exposure across both personal tax and corporate tax, you do not need experience in both. Our client is happy to consider someone coming from either a personal/private client tax or corporate tax background.
The Role
Depending on your experience, responsibilities could include:
- Preparing personal and/or corporation tax returns
- Handling a range of tax matters, with workload to be split between advisory and compliance work
- Managing or assisting with a portfolio of tax clients
- Liaising with clients and HMRC on tax queries
- Supporting more experienced team members with tax planning and advisory projects
- Gradually developing experience across different areas of taxation
- Taking on greater client responsibility as you progress
About You
We’re keen to hear from candidates with previous tax experience within a UK accountancy practice, whether your background is primarily in Personal Tax, Corporate Tax or a mixture of the two.
