As a General Manager, you will:
- Lead, inspire and develop your management and restaurant teams
- Own full budget and P&L performance, driving sales and controlling costs
- Ensure exceptional standards of health & safety, food safety and compliance
- Lead recruitment, training, succession planning and team engagement
- Champion our values and deliver consistently high standards of food, service and cleanliness
About You
- Proven experience managing teams in a restaurant or fast-food environment
- Strong commercial and operational management skills
- A visible, hands-on leader who leads by example
- Passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences and developing people
