We are currently looking for experienced and enthusiastic Bar Servers and Bar Managers and Bar Supervisors to join our teams at The Greenbank Hotel and The Falmouth Hotel.
These are varied and fast-paced roles, whether you're looking to continue developing your experience as a Bar Server or take the next step as a Bar Supervisor, there are opportunities to grow and progress within The Cornwall Hotel Collection.

Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional and efficient service to all guests.
- Prepare and serve a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to a high standard.
- Maintain a clean, organised and well-presented bar throughout service.
- Ensure guests receive a warm and welcoming experience from arrival through to departure.
- Handle payments accurately and follow all cash and till procedures.
- Maintain good knowledge of our drinks menus and be able to make recommendations to guests.
- Support the wider Food & Beverage team during busy services and events.
- Follow all licensing, health & safety and company procedures.
- For Supervisor roles, support the day-to-day running of the bar and help lead and motivate the team.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a bar or hospitality environment.
- Confident and knowledgeable approach to bar service.
- Friendly, approachable and professional manner.
- Passion for delivering excellent guest service.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Good knowledge of drinks and bar service.
- Reliable, punctual and flexible approach to working hours.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, bank holidays and during busy periods, including Christmas.
- A genuine interest in developing your career within hospitality.
- For Bar Supervisor roles, previous supervisory or team-leading experience is desirable.
