Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving drinks, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred, but full training will be provided. Responsibilities
- Serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently to customers in accordance with company standards
- Take orders and handle transactions using the till system with attention to detail
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area throughout the shift
- Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol licensing regulations at all times
- Provide friendly and attentive service, creating a welcoming environment for all guests
- Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during busy periods
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables or areas as required
- Handle customer queries or complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary
- Support team members in maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety within the premises
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, food safety, or serving roles is required
- Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities
- Good understanding of basic maths for handling transactions accurately
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, approachable manner with excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of restaurant or bar operations is desirable but not mandatory
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- A responsible attitude towards alcohol service and customer safety
