Established in 2005, Restorate is an online retailer of professional woodworking and restoration products. We sell nationwide, using the carrier network, and we are growing.
The position full time, from 8am to 5pm (with one hour break split across the day). You are joining two other members of our team in the warehouse.
As we are a small team, every team member has a sizeable impact on our operation. Hence it is so important that the candidate is highly reliable, trustworthy and dependable.
We are looking for a long term member of the team that can grow with the business and take on more responsibility if they have demonstrated high competence.
The Role:
As a Junior Warehouse Operative, you'll be an important part of our warehouse team, helping make sure customers receive the right products, in excellent condition and on time. You'll learn all areas of our warehouse operation, including picking and packing orders, receiving deliveries, putting away stock and maintaining an organised and safe working environment.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Picking products for orders with a handheld scanner
- Checking off, quality control and neatly packing orders, following processes.
- Cycle count stock using inventory management software
- Stowing delivered inventory in the correct locations, ensuring effective stock rotation
- Support team members and effectively communicate with colleagues and managers
- General warehouse upkeep and tidying

Previous warehouse, stock or order fulfilment experience would be useful but isn't essential.
