Job Overview
We are seeking experienced and dynamic Sales Supervisors to oversee retail and wholesale sales operations. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise sales teams in both retail and wholesale environments, providing guidance and support to achieve sales objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to different market segments.
- Manage key accounts, fostering strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyse sales data using tools such as Salesforce to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Monitor team performance through regular analysis of sales metrics, providing coaching and training where necessary.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns that drive product visibility and sales growth.
- Oversee stock levels, product displays, and merchandising standards in retail outlets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and ethical standards across all sales activities.
Experience
- Proven management experience within a retail or wholesale sales environment.
- Demonstrable success in B2B sales with a strong understanding of client relationship management.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for analysing sales performance data.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving targets.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret market data, forecast trends, and make strategic decisions.
