Service / Parts Advisor

£29,500 Basic Salary + Bonus
Chorley Group is a family-owned motor dealer group with a reputation for delivering outstanding customer service across our dealerships. We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Service / Parts Advisor to join our busy aftersales team at our Blackpool Nissan, MG, Citroën and Peugeot dealership.
Working across both the service reception and parts departments, you will play a key role in ensuring customers receive an excellent experience while supporting the efficient operation of our workshop and parts functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact for service and parts customers
- Managing customer bookings, enquiries and service-related paperwork
- Maintaining regular communication with customers regarding vehicle servicing and repairs
- Processing payments and completing follow-up actions
- Assisting retail and trade customers with their parts requirements
- Liaising closely with technicians and service advisors to ensure parts availability for workshop jobs
- Receiving, checking and accurately recording parts into stock
- Managing stock levels and organising parts inventory
- Maintaining pricing structures and stock records
- Ensuring a high standard of housekeeping throughout the department
- Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the customer journey
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a Service Advisor, Parts Advisor role
- Experience within the motor industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and a desire to deliver excellent customer experiences
