Boleyn Recovery and Fleet Services has been trading for over 60 years as an established car & commercial vehicle recovery and repair business. We are still family owned and run so have a vested interest in our staff and making sure we keep our customers' fleets moving.
Due to ongoing expansion and investment we require another key member to our successful team as a vehicle recovery controller for our busy 24 hour control room.
5 days from 7 am to 7 pm
We have a wide range of nationwide clients seeking a bespoke service. Our customer base has been built up over 60 years and are all private clients ranging from hauliers and construction to bus & coach companies and from owner drivers to the emergency services.
Successful candidates should demonstrate the ability to work unsupervised and have good customer focus skills and participate in a shift system with some unsociable hours of work.
Specific skills required:
Be an excellent communicator with a positove outlook
Telephone manner
Literacy skills
IT skills including extensive use of Microsoft Office applications
Logistic planning
A genuine interest in helping customers
The ability to work as part of a team
Patience and Calmness under pressure
The ability to handle complaints and difficult situations
Experience is a necessity

Pay: £32,500.00-£40,000.00 per year
