Duties
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms thoroughly, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to ensure a pristine environment.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and common spaces to uphold the hotel’s high standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to the appropriate departments promptly.
- Restock amenities like towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest comfort at all times.
- Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
- Assist with special cleaning requests or deep-cleaning projects as needed to support overall hotel operations.
- Adhere to all health and sanitation regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and waste disposal.
Skills
- Previous hotel experience or familiarity with hospitality standards is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in janitorial or cleaning roles that demonstrate reliability and thoroughness.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude when interacting with guests and team members.
