Branch Manager – Scotland
Due to significant investment and continued expansion, we are looking for experienced and motivated Branch Managers to join our growing team across Scotland.

As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operation of your branch, delivering excellent customer service, developing your team, and driving performance across all areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the branch team to achieve business targets
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships
- Manage daily branch operations and ensure high standards are maintained
- Drive sales growth and profitability
- Develop and support team members through coaching and training
- Ensure company procedures, health & safety standards, and quality controls are followed
- Manage stock, costs, and operational performance
- Work closely with senior management to identify opportunities and improvements
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience managing within an automotive, retail, or service environment
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Commercial awareness with the ability to drive performance
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive approach with a passion for delivering great customer service
- Ability to motivate and develop a team
Experience
Experience within the automotive sector would be advantageous, but we are also interested in candidates with strong leadership backgrounds who can demonstrate the ability to manage a busy customer-focused operation.

Pay: £25,420.00-£54,648.19 per year
