Pay Rate: Days - £12.71 per hourNights - £13.50 per hour

06:00 - 14:00
14:00 - 22:00
22:00 - 06:00 (Any 5 from 7)
Flexible shift pattern
Part time available (must be 8 hour shifts)
About the role:
As a Food Production Operative, you will support day-to-day production activities to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently. The role involves working as part of a team to maintain high standards of health and safety, food safety, and product quality, while following site procedures and contributing to smooth operational performance.
Your role for Production Operative Days:
· Assist in the production and packaging of food products
· Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety on the production line
· Monitor product quality and report any issues to supervisors
· Operate basic machinery and equipment following training
· Support general warehouse and manufacturing operations as required
Your role for Production Operative Nights:
· Monitor production lines to ensure efficient operation and quality standards.
· Pack and organize food products according to safety and hygiene regulations.
· Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the manufacturing area.
· Assist with the preparation and processing of food items on the night shift.
· Report any equipment faults or production issues to the supervisor.
Pay: £12.71-£13.50 per hour
