Job Description:
Are you a creative and compassionate leader looking to make a lasting impact? We are seeking an Activities Coordinator to spearhead our wellbeing programme and ensure every resident enjoys a life full of purpose, connection and joy.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design and deliver a diverse monthly activities programme.
· Lead group events and one-to-one sessions.
· Manage and mentor Wellbeing Assistants.
· Build links with volunteers, entertainers and community groups.
· Complete risk assessments and participation records.
Requirements & Compliance:
· Previous experience in activity coordination within health or social care is essential.
· Proven leadership, creativity and organisational skills.
· Criminal record self-declaration and original identity documents required.
· This position is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and requires an Enhanced DBS check.
