At Seasons, we care about children from the ground up. We follow children’s interests, scaffold learning through meaningful experiences, and plan in the moment to create exceptional early years provision.
We believe childhood should be filled with curiosity, connection, nature, exploration, and joy.
Join a nursery where children spend their days exploring beautiful learning spaces, discovering the natural world, and building meaningful relationships with skilled and passionate educators.
Seasons Nursery is nestled at the heart of Great Ballard School, set within 30 acres of stunning South Downs National Park countryside near Chichester. Our nursery brings together carefully designed, resource-rich indoor environments, a dedicated forest school area, established woodland and the wider school grounds. All of it shaped by a Montessori-inspired, child-led philosophy. If you are passionate about early years practice and want to work somewhere that takes both children and staff seriously, we would love to hear from you.
Come and Play
As an Early Years Educator, you will be at the heart of everything we do. You will build genuine relationships with the children in your key group, follow their interests, extend their learning and help them feel safe, seen and celebrated every single day. Whether you are guiding a child who has just discovered a frog in the garden, supporting a small group in our creative studio, or helping a toddler navigate their first steps into independence, your role is to be curious alongside children and to make every moment count.
