About the Role
Our email and LinkedIn outreach generates the interest. You turn it into meetings: calling prospects, qualifying them, and getting the appointment on the calendar. Success looks like a full calendar of qualified meetings every week, a track record that holds up once prospects reach the demo, and enough range to start taking on more of the sales cycle as you prove yourself.
What You'll Do
- Call prospects warmed up by our outbound campaigns
- Qualify interest and handle first-line objections on the spot
- Book qualified meetings straight onto the founder's calendar
- Log every call and outcome in HubSpot, no exceptions
- Help sharpen the script and objection-handling as you learn what lands
- Grow into running demos yourself as you build a track record
What We're Looking For
Required
- High call volume, every day, without losing energy or professionalism
- Sharp on your feet; handles pushback without flinching
- Disciplined about logging and follow-up
- Genuinely fine with a job where most calls don't convert
Nice to have
- Outbound or telesales background, any industry
- Comfortable in HubSpot or similar CRM
- Interest in sustainability, compliance, or the SME market
Pay: £26,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
