We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Manager to lead student recruitment activities, drive enrolment growth, and contribute to the continued expansion of the organisation.
The Role
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating and converting student enquiries, managing the admissions pipeline, developing business relationships, and achieving enrolment targets across our training programmes.
This role requires a confident communicator who can build trust with prospective learners, identify opportunities for growth, and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Student Recruitment & Sales
- Manage and convert prospective student enquiries into enrolments
- Follow up leads through telephone, email, and online channels
- Conduct course consultations and provide guidance to applicants
- Achieve monthly and annual enrolment targets
- Maintain an organised sales pipeline and CRM system
- Support applicants throughout the enrolment process
Business Development
- Develop relationships with dental practices and industry partners
- Identify new opportunities for student recruitment and referrals
- Build and maintain professional networks
- Promote Everest Education's courses and services to potential learners and employers
Customer Relationship Management
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the learner journey
- Respond to enquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and sales activities
- Ensure a positive applicant experience from enquiry to enrolment
Reporting & Performance
- Monitor recruitment performance and conversion rates
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts
- Identify opportunities to improve enquiry handling and enrolment processes
- Work closely with management to achieve growth objectives
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, recruitment, admissions, or business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent telephone and customer service abilities
- Confidence in handling enquiries and closing sales
- Target-driven and results-oriented mindset
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and spoken English
Desirable Requirements
- Experience within education, training, healthcare, or dental sectors
- Knowledge of CRM systems and lead management
- Experience in student recruitment or admissions
- Previous business development experience
