RESPONSIBILITIES
- Member of Support team
- Handle incoming calls/emails in a professional and efficient manner
- Manage all customer queries efficiently and liaise with Financial Advisers.
- Monitor and manage iO task lists and to do lists.
- Make appointments using iO diary system
- Prepare for all annual review meetings ensuring none are missed
- Work with the Advisers to ensure timely completion of work.
- Assist Advisers to ensure that all customers are receiving the service they are paying for and expect
- Help clients to register for, navigate and update access to their Wrap platforms
- Managed outstanding tasks and keep the Advisers & Client regularly updated on the progress of outstanding cases and dealing with any queries and chasing outstanding items.
- Produce letters, tables and charts as required – Knowledge of MS Office.
- Action information requests and produce valuations.
- Effectively use and update the Intelliflo back office system accurately and efficiently.
- Collate and pre-populate New Business / Servicing forms and applications
- Process all new business / top-ups / switches etc ensuring all transactions are tracked through to completion
- Update all relevant filing systems to the specified standard of the business
- Create and update client platform account records
- Assist with office house-keeping, all related admin and ad hoc work as required
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Wil have previous experience of working within a similar role
- Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
- Excellent prioritisation, planning and organisational skills
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Excellent telephone manner
- Proven high level of customer service

QUALIFICATIONS – not essential
- Certificate in Financial Services - LP1/equivalent
- RO1, 2 & 3 or equivalent
EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience of working within an IFA
- Use of in-house telephone systems
- Collaborative approach to deliver results and provide support
- Using Intelligent Office & other back office systems like Ateb & O&M
- Using Standard Life & Aviva Wrap Platforms
KNOWLEDGE
- Knowledge of Intelliflo system would be a benefit
- Up to date general industry knowledge
- Familiar with FCA industry regulations
- GDPR knowledge

Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
