We are a smaller sized independently owned care at home company offering services to the elderly and adult with disabilities around the City of Edinburgh. We have been operating for 20 years and pride ourselves in a high quality, individual service for our very varied clientele.
We have a unique approach to working patterns in that our staff all give us the times they would like to work dependent on their other commitments such as study, family life etc, and we find work to fit in with that. This way no one is over stretched or made to work in a pattern that does not suit the important things in their life. As we operate 24/7, we have many opportunities for people to work at times which suit them, in a job which makes a real difference.
We ask you to give us the times within which you would like to work, and we fit work inside these times for you.
All our rates of pay are above average for our industry. We believe in paying people well for a good service in return.
Full training is given
.We are particularly looking for people who are available to work in the evenings and at weekends, even if it is every second weekend, that can be accommodated, but we also have work available at other times, even during school hours. Remember, even if you only wants 5 hours a week, this is fine with us, or if you only have 1 evening a week available, this is also fine.
