Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Shift Leader to oversee daily operations within our hospitality environment. Duties
- Lead and supervise the food and beverage team during shifts, ensuring smooth operation and exceptional customer service
- Manage the serving of food and beverages, ensuring timely delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest enquiries or complaints professionally, aiming to resolve issues promptly.
- Train new team members on operational procedures, safety standards, and customer service expectations.
- Support the management team in implementing promotional activities or special events.
Requirements
- Supervising experience with strong team management skills.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on motivating staff and fostering teamwork.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively during busy shifts.
