Salary Details: Actual Salary: £30,715-£33,706 (Bucks Pay Range 5) Working Pattern: 41 weeks (term time + 5 INSET days + 2 weeks during the holidays) 37 hours per week

The role plays a key part in ensuring the school operates efficiently and sustainably, enabling staff to focus on delivering excellent education for the pupils.
- Manage the day-to-day office administrative functions
- Operational responsibilities across HR management and procedures
- Manage the booking and records of staff CPD
- Responsibility for maintaining the Single Central Record
- System lead for key systems eg MIS
- Manage and develop office team
- Oversight of the SEN administrative process
- Responsible for the coordination and submission of Workforce and School census

You will have:
- Experience of working in a busy and pressurised administrative environment (preferably within a school setting)
- Experience of HR management and procedures
- Experience of supporting and leading office staff effectively, modelling professionalism and teamwork
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- Experience of developing and continually improving effective administrative systems and procedures.
- High levels of accuracy, meticulous attention to detail whilst maintaining professional integrity
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines
- Confident use of IT systems, including Microsoft 365
- Understanding of safeguarding responsibilities
