Salary: £29,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Place of Work: Witham – Travel across the UK is necessary as required.
Hours of Work: 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday

About the Role
The Contracts Coordinator is responsible for supporting the efficient planning, coordination, administration, and delivery of installation contracts across the UK. Working closely with the Contracts Managers, the role acts as the central point for contract administration, scheduling, documentation, customer communication, and internal coordination to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time.
Responsibilities:
Support Contracts Managers in the coordination and administration of allocated installation projects.
Plan installation works in conjunction with Contracts Managers, subcontractors, and customers.
Raise and issue work instructions, purchase orders, and contract documentation as required.
Coordinate labour, plant, materials, accommodation, and access requirements for installation teams.
Liaise with customers to confirm programme dates, site requirements, access arrangements, and project updates.
Maintain accurate records within company systems, ensuring contract information is current and complete.
Collate and distribute site documentation including RAMS, permits, drawings, and customer information.
Process installation paperwork, completion reports, variation requests, and photographic records.
Assist with the preparation of project files and handover documentation.
Support the management of subcontractor documentation, insurance records, accreditations, and compliance information.
Monitor outstanding actions, customer queries, and operational issues to ensure timely resolution.
Produce reports and performance information including installation status, OTIF performance, and contract progress.
Attend internal planning meetings and provide administrative support to operational reviews.
Assist with departmental cover during periods of absence where required.
Carry out any other reasonable duties commensurate with the role.
Skills and Experience Required
Previous experience within a coordination, scheduling, administration, or project support role.
Experience within construction, manufacturing, logistics, installations, or a similar operational environment would be advantageous.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to build positive working relationships with customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work proactively.
Competent IT skills including Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams. Experience using ERP, CRM, or job management systems would be beneficial.
Ability to work independently and as part of a wider operational team.
Pay: £25,500.00-£29,000.00 per year
