Job Summary
Menara Sutera Construction & Logistics Ltd is seeking a Logistics Operations Manager to coordinate the movement of construction materials, equipment, and project supplies across active sites. You will manage transport schedules, storage, suppliers, and delivery performance to keep projects running safely and on time.
What you'll do
- Plan deliveries of materials, equipment, and plant to construction sites.
- Coordinate transport providers, warehouses, suppliers, and site teams.
- Monitor stock levels, delivery schedules, costs, and vehicle utilisation.
- Resolve delays, shortages, damaged goods, and access restrictions.
- Ensure logistics activities follow health, safety, and compliance requirements.
- Improve routing, storage, and supply processes across projects.
Requirements
- Experience in construction logistics, transport, warehousing, or supply-chain operations.
- Strong knowledge of delivery planning, inventory control, and supplier coordination.
- Proven experience managing logistics teams and external contractors.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant logistics, transport, or operations qualifications are beneficial.

Pay: £3,900.00-£5,300.00 per month
