At Hettie Hen, we’re passionate about crafting delicious Scotch eggs and sharing them with shops, wholesalers, and food lovers at festivals across the South West. We’re a small, friendly team based in a brand-new kitchen in Warminster—and we’re growing fast!
What You’ll Be Doing
We’re looking for someone to lead our production team with energy, efficiency, and a can-do attitude. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily production and ensuring smooth operations
- Maintaining high standards across all areas of the kitchen
- Leading by example while training and developing team members
- Managing rotas, holidays, sickness, and lateness confidently
- Monitoring budgets and ensuring cost-effective practices
- Providing feedback and coaching to improve performance
- Keeping our director informed and supported at all times
Skills & Experience
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- A minimum of at least 1 year of supervisory experience (preferred)
- Experience in a catering or food production environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to plan, organize, and motivate a team
- Confidence in handling pressure and setbacks
- A practical, common-sense approach to problem-solving
