Quality Coordinator
35 hours per week
£39,427 per annum
Glasgow Clyde College are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Quality Coordinator to work across all 3 campuses.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the implementation of an effective quality assurance system which complies with and meets all internal and external requirements.
- Monitor and maintain documentation of policies and procedures.
- Liaise with a range of awarding bodies to understand and ensure their requirements are met.
- Coordinate internal and external approval, verification, and other related awarding body requirements.
- Lead and coordinate specialist areas such as Student Engagement and SCQF Credit Rating.
- Work closely with the Quality Enhancement Manager, Heads of Sector and MIS staff to support and advise college staff on quality assurance matters.
- Keep up to date with and sharing sector best practices.
Requirements:

SCQF Level 9 (Degree or equivalent) qualification or significant relevant experience in the specialist area.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance processes.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
- Experience in policy development and implementation.

Salary: £39,427 per annum
Base Location: Langside Campus. Successful candidate will be required to travel to and work from any Glasgow Clyde College campus when neccessary.
