Position: Self-Employed Receptionist
Location: Stroud, Gloucestershire
Hours: 1 day a week and 1 day a month - BANK hours
Rate: Minimum wage
Glowing by Leah is a busy but relaxed aesthetics clinic based in Stroud, known for providing a warm and professional experience for every client. We’re looking for a friendly and organised Receptionist to join our team on a self-employed basis.
Role Responsibilities
- Welcoming patients and ensuring they feel comfortable from the moment they arrive.
- Checking patients in and preparing them for their appointments.
- Setting up and tidying treatment rooms for patients and injectors between appointments.
- Managing and organising clinic orders and stock.
- Supporting smooth day-to-day clinic operations and maintaining a clean, calm environment.
- Taking Payments and working within a IT system for bookings, reporting and advanced reporting

About You
- Friendly, approachable, and confident communicating with clients.
- Organised with good attention to detail.
- Reliable and able to manage your own time.
- Experience in a clinic, salon, or customer-facing role preferred is essential
- PA work for the director
- Must be self-employed and able to invoice for hours worked.
- Must have experience in a similar role
- must be flexible with days and hours which can range from 10-8 at night in the week.
