About Us
Y2K Vintage is one of the UK's leading vintage retailers, specialising in hand-picked fashion from the late 90s and early 2000s. Our Notting Hill store is located on the busy Portobello Road and is a key part of the Y2K Vintage experience, welcoming a high volume of customers every week.
We're looking for an energetic, confident and commercially aware Supervisor to join our team and help lead the store. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, loves vintage fashion and enjoys getting the best out of a team.
You'll work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to keep the store running smoothly, maintain high standards and deliver an exceptional customer experience. When senior management aren't in the store, you'll be trusted to take ownership of the shop floor and ensure the team remains focused, motivated and commercially driven.
The Role
As Supervisor, you'll be a key member of the store leadership team, supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager across the day-to-day running of the store.

We're looking for someone who is proactive, confident making decisions and comfortable taking ownership during busy trading periods.
