What you’ll be doing
- Opening and closing the centre and maintaining high presentation and service standards
- Delivering a warm and professional welcome to members, clients and visitors
- Supporting members with day-to-day queries and onboarding new co-working clients
- Managing reception duties, enquiries, meeting room bookings and diaries
- Helping to plan and deliver member that build a positive community
- Carrying out daily checks, audits and basic health & safety tasks
- Supporting sales tours, sign-ups, move-ins and move-outs when required
- Working with contractors and suppliers to help keep the centre running smoothly
