The Role:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Beauty Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nail and lash treatments, with a passion for delivering exceptional service. You will be confident in performing a variety of beauty treatments, with the ability to provide clients with advice and care that leaves them feeling pampered and valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nail services, including Builder Gel and Gel Nails; nail art skills are a bonus.
- Perform lash lifts, tints, and lash extensions.
- Conduct brow waxing and tinting services.
- Deliver exceptional client service, including consultation, aftercare advice, and personalised recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic working environment in line with industry standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Beauty Therapist with relevant certifications.
- Proven experience in Builder Gel, Gel Nails, lash lifts, lash extensions and brow treatments.
- Nail art skills are a bonus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, friendly, and approachable attitude.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.
