The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will take full account management ownership of a proportion of our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Growth: Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within existing customers and new.
- Account Management: Build deep, consultative relationships with key decision-makers and procurement stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven Track Record: Minimum 2 years of successful experience in B2B field sales, territory management, or account management.
- Industry Familiarity: Experience within the food industry is highly desirable but not essential.
- Relationship Builder: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-Motivated: A results-oriented professional who loves meeting customers.
- Mobility: A valid, UK, preferably clean driving licence is required.
