We are seeking caring, resilient and driven Learning Support Assistants to support students with SEMH needs in a specialist setting in Fareham.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have experience working with challenging behaviour and are looking for a rewarding role where they can have a lasting impact on young people's lives.
Your role will include:
- Supporting students both inside and outside the classroom.
- Assisting with behaviour management strategies.
- Encouraging engagement and participation in lessons.
- Supporting emotional regulation and wellbeing.
- Helping students develop confidence and independence.
