Overview
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant (EA) to join a thriving and ambitious English wine business at a defining moment in its journey. Based in the peaceful Hampshire countryside and operating across other sites, Itasca Group is helping to shape the future of English wine through high-quality wine production, grower partnerships, own-brand development, technical services, and distinctive hospitality experiences. As the business continues to grow, this is a unique opportunity to join at an exciting stage and play a key role in its next chapter.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced EA who enjoys variety, builds strong relationships naturally, and is looking for a role that extends beyond the traditional EA remit.
Summary of key duties
As the Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level support to a charismatic CEO and serve as a key anchor across the leadership team. Working closely with the Board of Directors and colleagues across multiple sites, you will play a central role in ensuring the business operates smoothly and effectively.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Executive support to the CEO and Directors, including diary, inbox, meeting, and travel management.
- Coordination and administration for senior leaders and board meetings.
- Supporting governance, compliance, and shareholder related activities.
- Building strong relationships across the business and with external advisers.
- Supporting a range of business, operational, and project-based activities.
- Assisting with events, hospitality experiences, and wider company initiatives.
No two days are the same, and this role offers the opportunity to contribute across many areas of a dynamic and growing organisation. The responsibilities outlined above provide a high level overview of the role, with a more detailed job description available to interested candidates.
What we are looking for
