Glossop Market Hall is a newly refurbished and opened market hall, in the heart of Glossop. We are currently looking to expand our bar team. As a bar tender, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited too:
Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take orders and serve drinks over our 3 bars.
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Ensure accuracy in processing payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including setting up and closing down the bar before / after events.
- Monitor customer alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication.
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Bartender preferred.
- Strong knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages and their recipes.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a positive manner.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Good time management skills to ensure efficient service to customers
