Responsibilities
- Provide expert hair styling, services tailored to each client’s preferences.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to client needs and offering professional recommendations.
- Manage front desk duties including appointment scheduling, client check-in/out, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
- Upsell additional services and retail products to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to health and safety standards at all times.
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge to continually elevate your craft.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a stylist with expertise in hair cutting, colouring related services.
- Strong communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members.
- Demonstrated ability in store management or team leadership roles preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask at the front desk while delivering high-quality styling services.
- Experience in upselling retail products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction.

Pay: £25,420.00-£48,331.35 per year
