The Opportunity
We’re looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager (South) to join our growth journey.
This isn’t cold-door-knocking with no support.

You’ll be selling:
Business telecoms & VoIP
Connectivity & fibre
IT & managed services
Business mobile solutions
This is a consultative sale — helping businesses improve profitability, efficiency and customer service through better technology.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Attending pre-booked face-to-face appointments (4 days per week on the road)
- Generating additional self-sourced opportunities
- Building long-term relationships with business owners & decision makers
- Presenting tailored telecoms, IT and mobile solutions
- Closing deals and driving revenue growth
- Spending 1 day per week collaborating with the team at our Whiteley office
What We’re Looking For
- Proven B2B field sales experience (telecoms/IT/mobile preferred)
- Confident presenter who builds rapport quickly
- Comfortable asking for the order
- Driven, resilient and motivated by uncapped commission
- Professional, credible and relationship-focused
