We have a very rare and exciting opportunity for an Aftersales Manager to lead our team at LIND Triumph Central London in Vauxhall.
We are seeking an experienced manager who is driven and enthusiastic with absolute focus on team development and business performance, an individual who has a proven track record in automotive management who is looking to further his/her career to take the thriving Aftersales departments to the next level.
The ideal candidate will fully understand motorcycle operations and take pride in their ability to develop our team, sales and profit opportunities, whilst simultaneously delivering exceptional levels of professionalism and above all, an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clear leadership, motivating and managing our highly experienced aftersales team
- Ensure that our customers enjoy the very best experience
- Liaising with the manufacturer to maximise relationships and opportunities
- Achieve LIND & manufacturer business plans
- Achieve/Maintain a minimum upper quartile in manufacturer KPI’s
The successful candidate will:
- Demonstrate a progressive management career in the aftersales automotive trade
- Have a full understanding of workshop management alongside parts and clothing
- Have a full understanding of Service, Parts and Clothing departmental management
- Full understanding of Budgeting/ P+L/ Accounts/ Manufacturer bonus schemes
- Possess a proven track record of consistently exceeding targets
- Be driven, and understand that success comes through being a part of great team
- Possess a flair to maximise the use of social media
- Have an absolute desire to be close to our customers (we are passionate about bikes too! we regularly attend events, social meetings)
- Hold a Full UK Motorcycle and Van Driving Licence
- Have the desire to have fun and create a fun environment
