We are seeking a dedicated Ayurveda Massage Therapist to join our wellness centre. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for holistic health and be skilled in delivering authentic Ayurvedic massage treatments. This role offers an opportunity to promote relaxation, healing, and well-being through specialised massage techniques rooted in Ayurvedic principles. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing customised therapies that align with clients' individual needs, fostering a calming environment that supports overall health.
Responsibilities
- Perform traditional Ayurvedic massage treatments tailored to each client's specific constitution and health concerns.
- Assess clients' needs through consultation and recommend suitable therapies or lifestyle advice.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and tranquil treatment environment in accordance with hygiene standards.
- Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client progress.
- Educate clients on Ayurvedic principles and self-care practices to enhance their wellness journey.
- Stay updated on the latest techniques and developments within Ayurvedic therapy to ensure professional growth and high-quality service delivery.
- Uphold professional standards of conduct, confidentiality, and client care at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Ayurveda Massage Therapist or similar role, with a strong understanding of holistic health practices.
- Knowledge of human anatomy is essential to ensure safe and effective treatments.
- Certification or qualification in Ayurveda massage therapy from a recognised institution is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for clients.
- Ability to assess client needs accurately and adapt treatments accordingly.
- Organised, professional, and committed to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
- A genuine interest in promoting wellness through natural therapies and holistic approaches.
- BAMS(INDIA) is an advantage.
- Visa sponsorship availability in future(Company T&Cs)
- Digital media and admin knowledge is preferred.
Pay: £12.21-£15.00 per hour
