We are seeking a skilled General Builder to join our dynamic team in the United Kingdom. This role is vital in supporting our mission to create outstanding construction projects that meet our clients' high standards. Based in the UK, you will contribute your expertise to a variety of high-end building initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Interpret and review project plans and specifications to ensure accurate execution.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other trades to coordinate construction activities.
- Perform carpentry, roofing, masonry, plumbing, electrical work, and other general building tasks as needed.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
- Assist in problem-solving on-site to address unforeseen issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience as a general builder or similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong skills in carpentry, roofing, masonry, plumbing, electrical work, and use of hand and power tools.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and building codes.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Valid relevant certifications or licenses are preferred.
