We are recruiting fora Plumber to join a specialist water treatment and maintenance team, carrying out remedial works identified across commercial properties.
This role would suit an experienced commercial plumber with a basic understanding of water hygiene who is looking to develop their experience within the water treatment sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete high, medium and low-priority remedial actions.
- Remove dead legs and redundant pipework.
- Remove and replace bib taps.
- Install and replace water tank lids and associated components.
- Re-route and modify pipework where required.
- Install and repair overflows and tank vents.
- Carry out repairs to commercial water storage tanks.
- Work with copper and barrel pipework.
- Carry out works on mains and downstream water services.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, professionally and in accordance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate any issues identified on site.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong commercial plumbing experience.
- Experience working with commercial water storage tanks.
- Good knowledge of copper and barrel pipework.
- Experience carrying out remedial plumbing works.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- A professional and safety-focused approach.
- Full UK driving licence..
