Job Overview
We are seeking a receptionist / parent helper for our Saturday and Sunday mornings school. The school typically runs from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm on Saturday and Sunday mornings. out of Hampstead Parochial School. We do also run around five weeks worth of holiday courses midweek and you could work these days too.

We run tutoring courses for nursery and primary aged children to help them to pass their 4 Plus and 7 Plus assessments. Parents come and either drop off their children or they wait on site for their lessons or assessments to occur.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entrance door so ensure that only teachers, parents and children come on site
- Keep a log of anyone who is onsite.
- Get teas and coffees for teachers
- Assist parents with any administrative questions
- Support teachers in getting the rooms set up at the start of the day and in clearly away the toys at the end of the day.
Characteristics
- No specific qualifications are needed.
- Enthusiastic and with a can do attitude.
- Good spoken English
- We are willing to take young people going into the sixth form (you can apply if you are in Year 11 now). However, we are also happy to take applicants of all ages.
- You do not need to be able to do both Saturday and Sunday as we are willing to consider job shares if we have sufficient candidates.
- We do an enhanced DBS on applicants.
- Right to work in the UK
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.71 per hour
