Established in 1834, Hatfields Restoration is a Furniture Restoration workshop in South London. Our small team consists of master craftsmen with experience in polishing, carving, gilding and lacquer. Although we pride ourselves in traditional techniques, our diverse approach brings in a variety of period and contemporary projects from antique dealers, interior designers, private clients and institutions.
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced restorer to join our talented team at Hatfield's Restoration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in traditional and modern woodworking techniques, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work with high-end materials and finishes.
Key qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker with a portfolio of completed projects.
- Experience with both traditional and modern cabinet-making practices.
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Ability to accurately estimate and manage time per project.
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
- A full, clean UK driving license is preferred.
- Ability to pass background checks
