What Makes This Role Different
This is an owner-led service with active, hands-on oversight.
You will not be left unsupported — but you will be expected to perform.
We are building a high-standard service with:
- Strong governance
- Modern digital systems (PCS, eMAR, training platforms)
- Clear expectations and accountability
This is an opportunity to lead real improvement, not just maintain the status quo.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary (dependent on experience)
- Performance-related incentives
- Direct support from experienced owners
- Opportunity to lead and shape a service
- Long-term career progression within a growing group
Important
This role requires:
- Strong clinical credibility
- High standards
- The ability to lead under pressure
