Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to develop new business opportunities with our new line of stock, lead our sales initiatives and marketing strategies. This role includes identifying opportunities through research and networking whilst building and maintaining an effective sales pipeline and strong customer relationships, building our social network and pushing website sales. The ideal candidate is friendly with a strong work ethic and is able to work collaboratively.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities with our new line of stock.
- Build and maintain an effective sales pipeline, consistently striving to exceed sales targets.
- Lead the planning, implementation, and analysis of current opportunities in the market through research and networking.
- Build our social network and push website sales.
- Generate leads through proactive business development activities.
- Create and present tailored proposals and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current customers and assist them with future purchases.
- Produce accurate sales forecasts and reports.
- Comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Represent the business in a professional manner and promote the brand positively.
Experience
- The ideal candidate is a friendly, consultative salesperson with a strong work ethic and a collaborative, team-player mindset.
- 5+ years’ experience in sales and marketing roles preferred.
- Demonstrable experience planning, managing, and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Analytical mindset capable of interpreting market data to inform strategic decisions.
About the position
- Salary 30k - 33k per year
- Holidays inline with standard entitlement
- Office based position in Telford
- Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
