Herbs Unlimited is a family run business that has been established for over 25 years. We pack a wide range of fresh herbs, salads, and speciality produce. Products are grown on our own farm at Sandhutton just outside of Thirsk as well as imported from growers overseas, to ensure 12-month supply of the highest quality and safe products to our customers.

Working as part of a small packing team your main responsibilities are -
REPORT TO: Team Leader
- Responsible for ensuring consistent quality of the herbs and salads to a high standard.
- Report to the team leader if any concerns on quality
- Follow and observe company personal hygiene rules
- All production records must be maintained and logged
- Adhering to all hygiene standards as requested
- Washed herb procedures are to be strictly adhered to.
- To apply the tray washing procedure as necessary
- Follow company quality policy.
- Other duties as assigned by the team leader or senior member of staff.
- Report to the section’s team leader at the end of production each day.
Main duties are chopping and slicing herbs and salads, also the washing of herbs and salads to a controlled company procedure.
Shift pattern is Monday to Friday 6 till 3 with some overtime.
