Sales Valuer / Lister – Estate Agency
Location: Stoneleigh, Surrey
Basic Salary: Up to £30,000 OTE: £70,000+ (Uncapped Commission)
Guaranteed Earnings: £40,000 for the first 3 months
Car Allowance: £2,500 per annum Own Vehicle Required Start Date: ASAP
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious Sales Valuer / Lister to join a successful and growing estate agency in Stoneleigh, Surrey.
This role is ideal for a proven estate agency professional who excels at winning instructions, conducting accurate market appraisals, building strong client relationships, and driving new business. You will play a key role in growing market share and increasing property listings across the local area.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct residential property valuations and market appraisals.
- Win new instructions and convert valuation opportunities into listings.
- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, database management, and referral opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors throughout the sales process.
- Provide expert advice on pricing, marketing, and local market conditions.
- Work closely with the sales team to maximise property sales and revenue.
- Achieve and exceed agreed listing and revenue targets.
- Represent the business professionally within the local community.
Requirements

- Minimum 3 years’ estate agency experience.
- Proven track record in residential property valuations and winning instructions.
- Strong knowledge of the local property market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and commercially aware.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Own vehicle essential.
